Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: March 18, 2026

This page explains how to request deletion of personal data processed by EURASIUM through the OmniCRM Service, including data received from Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Lead Ads.

How to request deletion

Send an email to info@eurasium.eu with the subject line Data Deletion Request.

Please include:

  • The email address and/or phone number you used when submitting the lead form (or when interacting with our Service).
  • The Meta Page name (if known) and approximate date/time of the lead submission (if applicable).
  • A short description of what you want deleted (e.g., “delete all my data”).

Verification

To protect your privacy, we may ask you to verify your identity or ownership of the email/phone number associated with the data before processing the request.

What we delete

When applicable and permitted by law, we delete or anonymize personal data in our CRM, such as lead/contact records, custom form answers, notes, and related identifiers.

Timeline

We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days after verification. In some cases, we may need more time due to technical constraints or legal requirements, and we will inform you if that happens.

Legal exceptions

We may retain certain information if required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or protect the security and integrity of the Service. In such cases, access is restricted and retention is limited to what is necessary.
