Privacy Policy

Effective date: March 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how EURASIUM (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you interact with our OmniCRM application and related services (the “Service”), including leads submitted through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Lead Ads (“Meta Lead Ads”).

1. Who we are (Data Controller)

EURASIUM is the data controller for personal data processed through the Service, unless stated otherwise for a specific feature or contract.

Contact: info@eurasium.eu

2. Information we collect

Depending on your interaction with the Service, we may collect:

  • Lead form data (from Meta Lead Ads): name, email address, phone number, and any custom questions/answers included in the lead form.
  • Campaign and form metadata: page ID, form ID, lead ID, ad/adset/campaign identifiers and names, timestamps, and related technical context.
  • Messages and communication data if you use messaging features: message content, channel identifiers, and delivery status.
  • Account and usage data: login identifiers, workspace/team settings, and limited usage logs for security and reliability.

3. Sources of information

  • Directly from you (e.g., when you contact us or use the Service).
  • From Meta platforms when a user submits a lead form connected to your Meta Page and you have authorized our app to retrieve the lead details.

4. How we use information

We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • To ingest and manage leads inside the CRM (create/update lead and contact records).
  • To enable follow-up, customer communication, and pipeline workflows.
  • To provide, secure, and maintain the Service (fraud prevention, debugging, audits).
  • To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

5. Legal bases

Depending on the context and applicable law, we rely on one or more legal bases such as consent, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and/or our legitimate interests (e.g., operating a secure and reliable CRM).

6. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal data. We may share personal data with service providers that help us operate the Service (e.g., hosting, databases, analytics, customer support), under appropriate contractual safeguards. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, and systems.

7. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own depending on where our infrastructure and providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

8. Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Service, meet contractual commitments, comply with legal requirements, and resolve disputes. Retention periods may vary by data type and your relationship with EURASIUM.

9. Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

10. Your rights and choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object or request portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@eurasium.eu.

11. Data deletion instructions (Meta)

If you want your data deleted from our systems, please follow the instructions on our Data Deletion page.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective date” above indicates when this policy was last updated. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or other appropriate means.
