Terms of Service

Effective date: March 18, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EURASIUM OmniCRM application and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and account

You must be authorized to use the Service on behalf of yourself or an organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts.
  • Do not abuse, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Do not upload or process data you do not have the right to use.

3. Customer data and permissions

If you import or process personal data (including leads from Meta Lead Ads), you represent that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and lawful bases to do so. You are responsible for providing notices and obtaining any required consents from end users.

4. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (such as Meta). Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies. EURASIUM is not responsible for third-party services, outages, or changes.

5. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time. We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, designs, and branding, is owned by EURASIUM or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during the term of these Terms.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, EURASIUM disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, EURASIUM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a security, legal, or operational risk.

10. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to info@eurasium.eu.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above indicates when these Terms were last updated. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
